Speculative Nature of Investment
Each prospective Investor must understand that this investment is speculative. Equitybee provides no assurances that the transaction will generate a substantial profit or any profit at all. Investors are not assured that their principal will be returned to them at a particular time, if ever, and Equitybee shall have no liability in this respect. Complete loss of principal is possible.
General
Investors should only invest through Equitybee if they have such knowledge and investing experience to bein financial and business matters so that they are capable of evaluating the merits and risks of their investment, can bear the economic risk that comes with it without impairing their financial condition, are willing to hold the investment for an indefinite period of time, and have the ability to suffer a complete loss of their investment.
Limitations on Transfer of Interest; No Public Market; Lack of Liquidity
The transferability of this Agreement is strictly limited. Investors should not proceed with the Purchase if they have a need for any of the Funding Amount to be liquid. This is particularly important for persons of retirement age, who should plan carefully to assure that their assets last throughout retirement.
